I bought this mouse 3 months ago and after updating it a few days ago the right click stopped working completely, every time I change the configuration for a button, for example a side button, the right click to be able to use the program freezes, and I can't take it in for warranty since I'm from Argentina, I've already spoken to support and they don't have any solution so I'm asking here, is there no way to do a rollback?

Hello AstroTheTime
I'm pretty sure resetting your mouse rolls back the firmware. After the reset, you should have an update in Armoury Crate.
This is how I reset my ROG mice.
1) Connect the charging cable to your pc's usb port and have it close by, you can use motherboard or pc case usb ports.
2) Set the wireless switch on the bottom of the mouse to wired mode.
3) Press and hold down Left click, Right click and Scroll click buttons.
4) With all 3 buttons held down, connect the cable.
5) Your mouse should now be reset and should show an update in Armoury Crate.
Most of the time you can't use your device until it's updated in Armoury Crate. See how this goes and if your mouse is working normally.
Can you be a little more specific with which side button and command you're using, and which program freezes when using right click?
Thank you.

Well...wired mode doesn't work. The mouse doesn't react until I switch to 2.4. And when I switch to 2.4, the program freezes and won't let me click anything except move the mouse until I press Win + L. For some reason, everything starts working again except the right click.

Before the update everything worked flawlessly. Clearly something in the update process broke core input handling. Definitely worth escalating if more users report the same.

I was seeing another person who had the exact same thing happen to him and wanted to do a rollback, but he didn't get a response.

Ok,
Win + L should lock your computer, not sure why you'd need to use that command.
Open Device Manager and uninstall everything marked red, then reboot your pc and see if your mouse works normally.

no no, I put the right click on the side buttons, but when I finish putting it the mouse freezes and it only unfreezes if I press win+l

It didn't work..

Ok, so that didn't help either.
Try uninstalling and reinstalling Armoury Crate.
1) Uninstall Armoury Crate from windows.
2) Reboot your pc.
3) Install Armoury Crate version 3.3.1.0 - Armoury Crate - Support
How does this go?
