My rog chakram is not functioning properly during usb mode. In some usb port it only charges in some usb port it works but it stops working randomly but mouse 1 2 will work just not the sensor then it will start to work again is it electrical problem or software idk how to fix it? I really love the 8000hz mode it's so smooth wanna use the usb mode...

I made this same thread not too long ago.

The mouse just malfunctions constantly if you're trying to use it in wired mode. Your best bet is to use it in wireless mode while the USB cable is connected to your PC. I can't return this piece of crap mouse anymore, so take this as a warning to anyone considering buying this mouse. Yes, it can do 8khz, but that is only in wired mode, NOT in wireless mode.

Mouse is good in wireless mode tho. I had multiple issues with other brands so the ability to swap the switches and 1000hz is good enough for me. It's still best mouse I've found yet. Logitech broke down after 6months double clicking issues and scroll wheel broke it's nightmare. If they fix this somehow It'll be perfect.
