I've done all these steps prior posting my issues as I've been reading the thread extensively for a solution...

Sorry to hear none of those suggestions worked.
Have you tried resetting your ROG Spatha X ?
In Aura sync, make sure it's still unsynced.
1) Get the cable from the box and connect it to a pc usb port, leave it disconnected from your mouse.
2) Press and hold down Left click, Right click, and Scroll click altogether.
3) With the buttons held down, connect the cable.
4) Restart your pc, open Armoury Crate and go to the update center, you should have updates for your ROG Spatha X.
Any luck getting the buttons to show?
Here are the latest versions for the ROG Spatha X.
I notice you're using an older version of Armoury Crate and two of our versions are different. After updating, check for more updates at the update center.

After resetting the mouse, it still does not show the buttons. And in regards to updates, I can confirm it is up to date as shown below:

Yes, resetting the mouse erases all saved profiles, sorry to hear that didn't work either.
Your device firmware is showing version 0, this may be the culprit.
You have a red N in your device list, the red N is an indication for either an update or to sync your profiles.
Addressing the red N may solve the 2005 error.

Well how do I force a firmware update when the app itself recognizes it is up to date? The "check for updates" icon does not even produce a firmware update on any of the firmware or devices...

Thank you for the information, that all looks good. If Armoury Crate isn't finding any updates then you're up to date.
So, I just got the 2006 error with my ROG Harpe Ace Aimlab mouse, maybe these two errors are similar.
I tried wired mode, clicked ok on the 2006 error, didn't help.
Tried wireless mode, clicked ok on the 2006 error, didn't help.
I let it in wireless mode and clicked the device tab, clicked ROG Harpe Ace Aimlab edition and the page loaded.
So, after you click ok on the 2005 error and it comes back with the 2005 error, click the device tab and your ROG Spatha X.
Check the device tab with both wired and wireless mode. Hopefully, it is something as simple as this.
I also want to say that if using the Armoury Crate uninstall tool didn't help, I know one thing that will fix it 100% and that is a windows reinstall. I won't suggest it because I know it's a pain, but if we can't fix it, this would be the very last resort.

I see no 2005 error though. I do get the loading prompt but after it disappears it leaves a blank page.

Sorry for the late reply.
Were you able to get the buttons page to load?
Have you tried disconnecting and reconnecting your ROG Spatha X?
Have you tried uninstalling your ROG Spatha X from device manager and rebooting.
Does device manager all look good? It shows in two places for me.
