My pugio ii mouse was working perfectly until yesterday. Low battery red lights were blinking and I connected it to my desktop with cord to charge. Windows poped up a notification saying: I should restart windows in order to properly work with my Pugio II mouse. I said later, and waited for the charging to finish. Mouse was working then.
After I charged fully, I restarted windows and disconnected the usb cable, now it only works when it is connected via cord. Otherwise there is no light or any kind of power indication (seeming dead) and no response from the mouse at all.
Windows recognizes the dongle as it should , mouse is on the 2.4ghz mode, yet no input. I tried connecting it to my laptop , same is there. Attempt to connect it via bluetooth also is not working, since mouse seems dead or powerless to me while not connected using the usb cable.
So far I tried removing the driver on windows, fully update firmware using armoury crate, updating my windows 11, try with another laptop but to no avail. Is there a way to hard reset the mouse with some click combination ?
Please help on how to proceed.

Sounds like the battery needs to be replaced.

Hello metow
You can try resetting your mouse, this is how I do it.
1) Connect the cable to your pc, let it disconnected from your mouse.
2) Set the switch on your ROG Pugio II to wired mode.
3) Press and hold down, left click, right click, scroll click for 5 seconds.
4) With the buttons held down, connect the cable.
5) Open Armoury Crate and do the updates.

Thanks for the reply, it actually did reset the mouse and all firmware was re-installed by Armoury Crate, unfortunately the problem stays the same: as soon as I unplug the cable, the mouse stops working. 😔
