Hello Killed,
The cursor not working would point to something with the sensor.
Have you removed the protective film from the bottom of the mouse?

Yes, I already removed it. It's my 3rd mouse from ROG and I have a PC and Laptop. Both of them are not working with ROG PUGIO II. I think it's a hardware issue. I already updated my firmware through Armoury Crate.
Frist Mouse: ROG PUGIO 1
2nd Mouse: ROG Keris Wireless

Have you tried using different surfaces, with and without a mouse pad?
In Armoury Crate on the Calibration page, have you tried the different preset surfaces and/or manually calibrating your ROG Pugio II?
Have you tried selecting the Lift-Off Distance from Low to High?
Is there any debris lodged in the sensor area? Try cleaning the sensor with a dry Q-tip.

Yeah, this is brand new and I was doing an unboxing video yesterday. I already contact Asus Customer Service in the Philippines. Unfortunately, my ROG Pugio II was bought in Hongkong and it only offers a Local Warranty. Then the Customer Service said they can't process my claim for warranty in Philippines.

Since it's local warranty only, try contacting the store you bought it from in Hong Kong and see if they can help you.
