When scrolling up or down on My Asus Rog Chakram X, it would bounce up or down in the wrong direction. I thought it could be a faulty encoder or some other issue. But since I was able to fix it, I thought I would make a post, to help others that have experienced the same concern. In my case it ended up being a couple of hairs had gotten down under the scroll wheel. I took off the magnetic backplate and mouse buttons, and used compressed air to blow out the scroll wheel, and it is working perfectly again. I hope this helps anyone experiencing similar issues. I also upgraded the Japanese Omron switches to Brown Yellow Dot Huano Silent switches and let me tell you, it was a Huge upgrade, for the 10 dollars for a 10 pack I cannot stress enough how much of an upgrade it was.
