Keris Wireless Aimpoint Losing Connection

Since I updated the Firmware of my mouse, I get weird connection issues. The mouse just freezes and is unresponsive for about 10-15 seconds. After that it works like normal. This happens very randomly and is only appearing after the last FW upgrade. Any known issues with the new FW? Is it possible to revert back to the old version? It is really annoying... Tried nearly everything. Reinstall of Armoury Crate, Reinstall FW... I use it in wired mode now and no problem so far. Only happens in 2.4Ghz Mode

The truth is that I don't notice that since I've only had the mouse for a very short time and unfortunately I made the mistake of barely having it update it without thinking that this disaster would happen.

So I decided to give armoury crate a chance since it seems this app does not auto update the device firmware(also to see my mouse battery percentage as I want to keep it at 30%-80% no fully charging or draining it to prolong the battery life).(if it does I will never Install it). For those who want to know what firmware version my mouse has out of the box here it is. my mouse is working superb no issue whatsoever

I second this opinion. The whole point of a wireless mouse is to avoid cables... Now I am stuck with either BT or dragging the ****** cord of the mouse...

After I updated my mouse recently (the mouse is about a month old) every 30 mins or so it will randomly cut out and then wait 5-30 seconds and then go back to working, the device is fully charged and running the latest firmware. I am currently working on reinstalling all the drivers to see if it helps.

As mentioned in this thread it's a known issue. ASUS is currently working on an update to resolve the issue.

I'd like to thank everyone for being patient, be on the lookout for a future update in Armoury Crate.

I reached out Asus support about this and they replied: "For this our headquarters have found a problem with the firmware. So they are working on a new firmware for this. They expect it to be release in early May. So in a couple of weeks."

So hang in there fellas, the fix is on its way.

I got it today. No hiccups anymore, but RGB seems to be not as fluid as the previously and the LEDs keep glowing even after shutdown.

Although it was updated on the 30th and it works, but every time the PC is restarted the mouse does not respond, how can it be that they cannot solve these problems well?
