Keris Aimpoint mice are still to this day struggling with extremely poor battery life that also drains whether it is in use or not and disconnects occasionally, which is especially problematic when you are forced to update the firmware if you use armoury and there is no way to roll back.
Will we be given a way to rollback or a new firmware version that fixes this issue or do I have to assume this is on purpose to make it seem like people's mice are aging so that they will buy new gear? Extremely hostile to the customer on a product that isn't even that old and worked perfectly fine beforehand.

Hello,

Sorry that you are experiencing these issues, and I can assure you that none of this is being done on purpose!

As it seems from the previous post mentioned, new firmware was implemented to solve your issues, so please check that your mouse and receiver firmware are both up to date on Armoury Crate, and if the issue persists, please provide me with your mouse firmware version so I can look into this further for you.

Any news? Or it's easier to do a refund cuz this connection loss issue can happen 1-3 times in an hour...

Please provide your mouse firmware inside Armoury Crate with a screenshot so I can look into this further for you.

Here is the armory crate update tabScreenshot_1.png

Please refer to this website to download and install the manual firmware updater and see if this solves your issue.

Thanks for responce. I updated and fully charged the mouse. I hope it'll help. Will report if the issue is not fixed.

2 days after the installation, it was okay. Now, I have the same issue again.

I have the same issue with the last update. Updating was a mistake... Can we somehow bring back the previous firmware?

That’s really frustrating. ASUS should at least provide a rollback option if firmware updates worsen performance. Have you tried reaching out directly to support?
