Issue with ROG SPATHA X (key sticking)

Hi

i have some issue with my mouse side buttons

Buttons sometimes get stuck and instead of being pressed, a long press occurs (key sticking). sticking does not stop until the en button is pressed again.

updating the software does not help, I use the mouse via a wired connection (with a wireless connection there is a similar problem)

I like the mouse, but the problem with the side buttons discourages me from using it

if anyone can help me with this problem I will be very grateful

Do the buttons depress, but acts like it's still pressed? You could try resetting your ROG Spatha X in Armoury Crate.

Or, do the side buttons get physically stuck? This could be grounds for an RMA. If you're within the 1-year purchase date, you might want to contact the nearest ASUS Service Center for your country.
