Is there any way to buy an OMNI Receiver by itself?

I bought a Keris II Ace Mouse and Armoury Crate refuses to detect the OMNI Receiver. It's there in Device Manager but not in Armoury Crate. I tried different USB ports and different PCs and it doesn't get detected.

Is it possible to buy another OMNI Receiver without having to buy another Keris II Ace?

Hello Rockit1

To confirm you've updated to the ROG Omni Receiver, does the ROG Omni Receiver show in the Armoury Crate Device list?

I get a Loading Screen
Then I get this error message
Then the choice for the OMNI Receiver disappears if I keep hitting retry.

I have the ROG Falchion Low Profile OMNI Receiver in the keyboard. I am running that wired.
That OMNI Receiver is detected fine.

I see you have an update.

Have you done all the updates at the Armoury Crate update center?

Yea the update is for the Keris II Ace.
I can't update it though, because Armoury Crate isn't detecting my OMNI Receiver for that device.

Ok, try this.

1) Connect the cable to your ROG Keris II Ace and a pc usb port.

2) Set the wireless switch on the bottom of the mouse to wired mode (switch set to the center position).

3) Connect the wireless dongle to a pc usb port.

4) Try the update in Armoury Crate.

I get this

Then it goes back to the update screen

I think because Armoury Crate is not reading the OMNI Receiver

If you had your ROG Keris II Ace connected to your keyboard's ROG Omni Receiver, you'll want to connect that ROG Omni Receiver to your pc and check to see if it's paired. If it's paired to your keyboard's ROG Omni Receiver, unpair it by clicking the X.

If it's not paired, disconnect it and connect the other ROG Omni Receiver.

Sometimes doing little things like disconnecting and reconnecting the wireless dongle will get it detected, you could

try a different usb port as well.

If this doesn't get the ROG Omni Receiver detected in Armoury Crate, uninstall Armoury Crate and reinstall.

1) Uninstall Armoury Crate from windows, this will launch the Armoury Crate uninstaller.

2) Reboot your pc.

3) Install Armoury Crate version 3.2.11.2. - Armoury Crate - Support (asus.com)

4) Let the cable connected and let the wireless switch on the mouse set to wired mode.

5) Try the update in Armoury Crate.

6) Check to see if the ROG Omni Receiver is showing in the Armoury Crate Device list.

Do you have some good news for me after trying this?
