After installing the updates, it seems like I can't access it's dashboard in the Armory Crate, it always pops up with this message. How to fix this?

Great to hear your ROG Harpe Ace is working.
I'd like to try something.
1) If your ROG Falchion RX Low profile is paired to its ROG Omni Receiver, unpair it. If it's not paired with the ROG Omni Receiver, skip this step.
2) Set the switch on your ROG Falchion RX Low Profile to 2.4GHz wireless mode.
3) Go to your ROG Harpe Ace ROG Omni Receiver page, click Keyboard and pair your ROG Falchion RX Low Profile by pressing and holding the Fn + 7 keys for 3 seconds. It should give you a message that it was successfully paired.
4) You should now have your ROG Harpe Ace and your ROG Falchion Low Profile paired to one ROG Omni Receiver.
5) Put the ROG Falchion RX Low Profile wireless receiver back in its storage compartment so not to lose it.
This will free up a usb port on your pc.

This is happening to me too. It works when it wants to. Started about a month ago as well. Found this while looking for solutions on it. This is a software error and I have gone as far as to reinstall windows. Uninstalling in reinstalling is just worked for me as a temporary fixed. At this point I just hope it works next time I boot up my pc.
