After installing the updates, it seems like I can't access it's dashboard in the Armory Crate, it always pops up with this message. How to fix this?

Thank you

I feel confident we can get it working, but we may have to try a few things. I see you also have the ROG Falchion RX Low Profile keyboard which also supports the ROG Omni Receiver, disconnect this wireless receiver for now.

Then, try unpairing your ROG harpe Ace and pairing it again in Armoury Crate. On the ROG Omni Receiver page, click the X in the box with the ROG Harpe Ace to unpair it. Then pair it with the button on the bottom and try accessing the buttons page.

If that doesn't get the buttons page to show, try this next.

 1) Connect the cable and set it to wired mode.

 2) Uninstall your ROG Harpe Ace and the ROG Omni Receiver from Device Manager.

3) Reboot your pc.

4) Open Armoury Crate and do the updates.

5) Check if you're able to access the buttons page.

If you still can't access the buttons page, uninstall and reinstall Armoury Crate.

1) Uninstall Armoury Crate from windows.

2) Reboot your pc.

3) Let the wireless dongle connected to your pc.

4) Connect the cable to your ROG Harpe Ace and a pc usb port.

5) Set the wireless switch to wired mode. (switch set to the center position)

6) Install Armoury Crate version 3.2.11.2 - Armoury Crate - Support (asus.com)

7) Do all the updates in Armoury Crate.

8: Check if you're able to access the buttons page.

I hope you have some good news for me after trying these methods.

Hello kurocchi

At the bottom left of Armoury Crate you have a red N in Settings.

Click settings. update center, and see what the update is and do the update.

Is the update for your ROG Harpe Ace?

I already updated all, but still the error persists.
See screenshot below

Thank you for the screenshots.

Have you updated the firmware to the ROG Omni Receiver at the ASUS Support Center?

If you haven't, download and install this firmware update.

ROG Harpe Ace Aim Lab Edition | Gaming mice-mouse-pads|ROG - Republic of Gamers|ROG Global (asus.com...

After updating the firmware, you should see the ROG Omni Receiver in the Device list.

Click the ROG Omni Receiver and it should show this.

I already updated it as per your instructions, I can also see it in the Omni Receiver, see screenshot below

But, when I go to the device and click ROG Hare Ace Aimlabs Edition, it still displays the same error

This is looking good so far and it looks like your ROG Harpe Ace is in wired mode, you should be able to access the buttons page.

Disconnect and reconnect the wireless receiver, make sure it's connected directly to a pc usb port.

Then try switching to 2.4GHz wireless mode.

I already did use it all in Bluetooth, 2.4GHz and Wired Mode and it seems the problem can't be fixed, the Omnireceiver Dongle is also connected directly to the System unit but still can't be fixed.

Is there a way for me to uninstall all updates and then reinstall them

Thank you so much, it seems like Uninstalling the Armory Crate and Updating it again fixed the problem. Thank you so much for your patience of helping me fix the problem. Have a good day!
