[Help] Newest Chakram Firmware failed. Now RF-Dongle is not working. Any ideas?

Hi there,

tried to update latest firmware, but it seems the update failed (at least) on the dongle (or both?).

Armoury says:
Rog Chakram version 1.00.29 (when i want to update error pops up that i need to connect dongle)
B_ROG Chakram (think this is the dongle) version 1.00.21, same error as above.

so i cant update the firmware neither use the wireless mode. any ideas how to fix?

already tried reinstalling all software, tried other usb ports etc...

did you try connect both wirelless and usb then update

I got it to work finally, plug the dongle in a USB port, and take another cable and connect the mice to a USB port, then update.
a bit complex but ok.
