Harpe Ace fast battery drain

Hello,

I have Rog Harpe Ace Aim Lab edition for 10 months, and a few monthes ago the battery started draining very fast compared to before. When I charge it to 100% and start using it on 2.4g mode, in minutes it drops to 50%, then stabilizes a little and gets to 20% in about 15 hours. RGB is off. I tryed resetting it, updated it. Also tryed to use it until battery goes to 0% to recalibrate it, didn't help.

I'm asking for help here before I ask for repair since it is still under warranty, but I see those problems seem to be pretty common so I'm worried that it could happen again even with a new device.

Thank you

Ii have check that also on mine.

The battery that is on our mouse are very small in order to get on that target of specs weigh. i change mine in January since was not holding charge (mine was 1 gen)

Now. i did check starting ac v6.0 use more power more when is sync. When is sync use more power cuase lights is on 100%.  also on those days, there was a some updates on windows .... I will talk on these later since even if we like or not, is not part of discution now. Pro users now this and is not imporntant... back the subject.

Here is my recommendation. UNSYNC and adjust light to 50% once the battery gets to 3% turn off radio and go wire. plug it to the computer (DO NOT USE CHARGERS) and wait until IS 100% and wait 1h and unplug you can use the pc normally and test do this 3 times. For me has work super. IF NOT and mouse is on warranty contact support OR as i did get the battery and replace it. remember that you need to replace the sliders also. since will lose the glue.

Here is the data on the battery just in case

Thank you for your answer. I don't use RGB except for battery level indicator. I already tryed recalibrating the battery by draining the battery completely and charging it full again but it didn't work, but I'll try again as you say you did it multiple times.

Thank you for you advice on changing battery also.

if the unit still on warranty please contact support direct OR the info of the battery is there is needed. Just remember also need to change the skits the screws are on the back

I tried emptying the battery and full charging it again 2 times, didn't change anything...

Does somebody has another idea which doesn't involve physical repair ?

No but I had hope somebody had another idea cause it's under warranty but I have no spare mouse so I don't want to send it to repairs for weeks... But I got you I'll contact support. Thank you for your answer again.
