Harpe Ace Extreme problem

Brand new mouse and after sometime of use it will just stop working and you need to reconnect it. On cable this never happens. I also read some reviews and they have simillar problems. It can work 2 days normal and another day just stop working. I think ROG Omni reciever is problem cos mouse work fine on cable. Firmware update would fix this.

Second problem Armoury Crate is not detecting this mouse.

Did you not find the update in Armoury Crate Gear?

You should be able to see the update here.

Remember to connect the mouse to a USB cable (with RF receiver still connected), and switch to USB mode.

Hello Sib3riX

The ROG Harpe Ace Extreme needs an update for full Armoury Crate support, there should be one coming very soon. Mine shows in the Armoury Crate device list, but the pages aren't accessible yet.

Mine will usually disconnect once after a reboot/restart, setting the wireless switch to wired mode then back to 2.4GHz wireless reconnects it.

I suspect an update will address this too.

Firmware v1.00.15 was released last Friday, is your firmware up-to-date?

I cant update because AC wont load harpe extreme. I can use AC Gear but there is no firmware update.

Harpe Ace Extreme is only supported in Armoury Crate Gear at the present time, which version of mouse firmware do you have?

Without being able to access the Harpe Ace Extreme pages, I'm not sure how to tell the firmware version.

There was an update for the Harpe Ace Extreme, although I don't recall what the update was for. No updates are showing in Armoury Crate at the moment.

I have four ROG Omni Receivers, but only one shows at the Armoury Crate update center.

I had the firmware update 1.00.15 this morning in Armoury Crate, I installed it and it fixed the connection issue.

Still can't access the pages, but we know an update is coming soon for full Armory Crate support.

If you want full control right now, install Armoury Crate Gear. -  ROG Harpe Ace Extreme | Gaming mice|ROG - Republic of Gamers|ROG Global (asus.com)

I have both Armoury Crate and Armoury Crate Gear installed.
