Gladius III wireless RGB not working

I just got Gladius III Wireless firmwere is updated version is 12.21.37 and the mice still not light up

Hey Deen, Could you share what you have set on the lighting tab in Armoury Crate for the Gladius III? Also, can you confirm you're using the latest version of the Armoury Crate? (v5.4.10.0 currently)

yes I have latest version of the Armoury Crate 
I tried that in notebook and still same problem

Sorry for the late reply! A couple more quick questions for you- Has the lighting always had the issue or did it start a while after you started using it? Does the problem persist when you use the mouse plugged in?
