Gladius III Wireless Aimpoint tracking issues when using Armoury Crate

Hello, I am using ASUS ROG Gladius III Wireless Aimpoint and everything works flawless except tracking on my mouse pad. Sometimes I encounter tracking issues and sometimes I don't. It is so inconsistent. Therefore, I tried resetting the mouse and noticed that the problem is solved when my mouse is not connected to the Armoury Crate. However, when I connect my mouse to the Armoury Crate, the issue occurs again. I think it is a software issue but I am not sure if other people have the same issue as me. I would be happy if someone could help, thanks!

Have you tried selecting the correct mouse surface or calibration in Armoury Crate?

Yes, I tried both methods. Unfortunately, they don't seem to fix my issue. Once the mouse drivers are installed, I get tracking issues. On the other hand, when there are no drivers installed the mouse works as intended.

Have you tried another PC to verify the same issue occurring?

Yes, I tried it on my desktop and laptop and I had the issue again. Both of them have different mouse pads (They are not ASUS mouse pads though). Recently, I cleaned both mouse pads and I am going to try again. If issue still persists, I will update here.

When in doubt, selecting the default mouse surface should be a safe bet.

Is it better to use default mouse surface option rather than manual calibration? If yes, when should I use manual calibration option?
