Gladius III eva-2 usb not detected

I watched a video on youtube when LED turn off and mouse not responded to clicks, scroll, sensor. when i switching modes to bluetooth and 2.4hz sensor turns on, when usb turns off. PC not detecting when connected by USB, holding pare with bluetooth also not showing any results

Please perform a quick hardware reset by holding left click + right click + scroll wheel button + DPI button for a few seconds. 

Then please check in Armoury Crate to see if the mouse firmware is up to date.
