Hello,
I’m experiencing an issue with my ROG Harpe Ace Aim Lab Edition mouse. It won’t connect via 2.4GHz or Bluetooth. This started after I removed it from my connected devices through the ROG Omni Receiver, as well as following a firmware update. I’m not certain if the firmware update is the root cause, but it’s clear that the mouse is having issues.
I would greatly appreciate any help in resolving this problem. I suspect that the only solution may be a new firmware update to fix the issue.
(Please Avoid Basic Connection Tip, I Know How to Connect the Mouse. I'm Looking for Real Solutions.)
Thank you !

I guess that nobody can help since the problem comes from the mouse, i hope that a firmware update of the omni receiver and the Asus Rog Harpe Ace will resolve the issues but i'm not too optimistic.

Hi @MarckSolo
What happens when you attempt to pair the device via the receiver device page? Are you able to take a video?

When i attempt to pair the device, it just doesn't find the mouse, i launch the pairing and then i wait for like 1 minute and it says "pairing failed". I went through the hassle of reinstalling the mouse applications and even got the mouse back out from the trash (just kidding, it's only in the attic, stored next to my incomplete board game and my cracked mirror.) to make the attached video so I hope this will be enough for you.
Obviously, if you have a miracle solution, I'm all ears, but unfortunately, as I've mentioned several times already, I'm not holding out much hope.
