Chakrum dongle

I have lost my Chakrum dongle. Is there a way to pair my mouse to a new dongle, or for me to send in my mouse to get a new one paired? I did buy from microcenter, but they can't help and said to go through ASUS. It wouldn't matter about warrenty, because I've had the mouse for too long, but I dont want to buy a new mouse

Hi Talon_Blaze99,

Unfortunately, ASUS doesn't sell wireless dongles separately and other wireless dongles won't work.
