Hi,
after the February update, my Chakram x origin no longer goes into sleep mode.
I tried all the possibilities I found on the internet.
Did this happen only to me? This mouse as only 3 months...
PS. To power off the mouse, I have to change to USB mode.
Thanks in advice for the support.
EDIT (28.03.2024): I tried changing the LED lighting to reactive, hoping it was just a matter of the LEDs, unfortunately the next day the mouse was almost out of battery, so the mouse remained active for a whole day. I also realized that despite having set the energy saving below 10%, the mouse did not even go into energy saving (if I remember correctly it should turn the LEDs red to indicate the low battery).

Hi,
I've already done the updates. There was an Armory Crate update and a keyboard update (Asus Rog Falchion Ace). I tried to set the mouse settings again after the update, but nothing changed, unfortunately.
I also tried to redo the factory reset by connecting the mouse to a smartphone power supply, but nothing changed.
Thanks for the support.

I am having the same issues, I've tried everything I could think of, uninstalled in device manager, uninstall armoury, reinstall. The only way I have found to turn the mouse off, is to actually move the connection type to wired.

Hello
I have the ROG Chakram X (non origin) and it goes to sleep.
Try disconnecting the cable, on the power tab set the sleep timer to 1 minute.
After 1 minute, it should go to sleep and show this.

Hi,
sorry if I'm only replying now, but I was at work. As you can see from the image, I have already set the mouse parameters, but it does not go into stand by.
Sorry for my English bur I'm Italian.
Thanks for the support.

You're welcome,
In your photo, at the bottom left on the settings tab there is a red N, this usually means you have an update. Click on the settings tab, then click update center.
What is the update for?
