Chakram Bluetooth not pairing

I just updated my ROG Strix bluetooth and now my Chakram won't pairing.

I've restarted the laptop, hard reset the mouse.

When I try to add new bluetooth device the mouse pulses blue in pairing mode but the laptop doesn't see the mouse.

Any suggestions?

Please check your list of paired Bluetooth devices (paired but not connected), and make sure you don't have the previous pairing profile of the mouse. If you do, make sure to delete it, and your laptop should be able to repair with the mouse.

In addition, please use Armoury Crate to ensure that the device firmware is up to date.

I removed the mouse after the bluetooth updated and it stopped working.

When it still wouldn't pair I updated everything with armoury crate.

Thank you for the clarifications. If you can, please try pairing with another laptop or desktop PC to check whether the mouse itself is causing the issue.
