Hello everyone,
I need your help because I can no longer use my ROG Chakram mouse in Bluetooth or Wireless mode. Additionally, I'm unable to update the driver. In the devices list, both "B_ROG Chakram" and "ROG Chakram" are displayed. Next to "B_ROG CHAKRAM" is a warning sign, when selected, I receive the following error message and get redirected to the update center:
(I try to translate every message as I'm using the German version)
"Reset firmware: An unexpected error was detected. Please go to the update center to download and reset the device firmware."
When I select "ROG Chakram" (which seems to be normal), I get the following error message:
"Ensure that your mouse is powered on and set to RF 2.4 GHz mode before modifying your device settings."
Unfortunately RF 2.4 GHz isn't working.
When I try to reset or update the driver, I receive the following error message:
"Armoury Crate Error Report: Errors were detected during the update process. Would you like to provide ASUS with the error log to help improve their services?"
(I pressed yes and accepted the following terms.)
Within the update center the displayed versions are:
ROG CHAKRAM (Is up to date)
Version: 4.2.0.4
Date: 2024/09/25
B_ROG CHAKRAM (Can't be updated)
Version: 12.41.24
Date: 2022/09/06
What I’ve tried so far:
Now I'm here and I don't know what to do anymore.
I appreciate any help, thanks in advance

Hello Xaru
The update for the B_ROG Chakram is probably the wireless dongle.
The update for the ROG Chakram is for the mouse.
Use the original cable that came with your mouse, some usb-c cables don't support data transfer and are for charging only.
Any progress on the updates?
