I have tried uninstalling everything. Including every single driver that I could find that had anything to do with a mouse or keyboard, etc.
Managed to update the dongle and it is in the update of: 6.00.25 (Dongle)
The mouse is in update: 8.00.01
The mouse refuses to update. It simply shows a message with instructions then an OK button which I press after following the instructions.
I have the mouse connected to the PC through a USB wire (the one that you get in the box) and I have the receiver connected to a usb port at the same time. I click ok, Nothing happens. It simply puts me back where I was.
I tried updating it through armory crate gear with 0 success. I tried updating it using the newest in version of armory crate gear in: https://rog.asus.com/mice-mouse-pads/mice/ambidextrous/rog-harpe-ace-aim-lab-edition-model/helpdesk_...
I also started the process all over and tried it with both armory crate: - Version 5.9.4 and -Version 5.6.10
I tried countless of times to pair it using the omni receiver page but it just won't pair.
Please let me know what other information you need to help me out and I will get it.

Hi, as of 03/03/2025 a new update has been released and it did indeed solve said issues.
I tried to solve it past few days, went onto this forum and made a post. went to sleep. Woke up and the firmware update was there. Either I got lucky or someone saw it and updated the firmware, I'm just glad it works as it should again ❤️

Ignore this message. I couldn't find how to delete this message after I found out how to edit the first main post

Hello, thank you for your details, but please confirm the following:
1. You can see and select your mouse receiver (dongle) in Armoury Crate devices.
2. Inside the receiver options, you have tried to re-pair following the onscreen instructions, but to no avail.
If possible, please provide screenshots of the receiver options like the above.
In addition, try performing a quick mouse hardware reset by holding left-click + right click + scroll wheel button + DPI button for 3 seconds until the scroll wheel LED blinks green. Ensure that the receiver has not already paired to another device, and try the re-pairing process in Armoury Crate again.

I have tried to do the hardware reset as you mentioned with left click + right click + scroll wheel button + dpi button both before this and I did it again once more as I read your instructions. Same outcome as before. Nothing happens except it says "fail to pair" try again or click ok. Trying again doesn't give any different outcome. I tried.I can see both the dongle and the mouse in armory crate. I just can't pair them

I already did. After the update my rightclick started to double click. It didn't do that before the update. Idk what it going on with it. I don't see how that would impact it but that's what happens anyway. I already made a new post about it.
