Hi everyone,
I have an Asus ROG Gladius III EVA-02 Edition, and I'm having issues with the sensor calibration.
In bootloader mode, the mouse works perfectly, but in normal mode, the sensor is barely responsive. I tried reflashing the firmware — no change. Contacted support, and they suggested reinstalling Windows (which seems a bit over the top).
After some testing, I noticed that the mouse only works properly on glossy surfaces now — it doesn’t respond well on my mousepad anymore, even though it used to work fine before.
Has anyone experienced something similar? Any ideas on how to fix this?

Hello jinryuh
Have you tried different preset surfaces or manually calibrating your ROG Gladius III?
Have you tried with the low and high Lift-off Distance?
These are found in Armoury Crate on the Calibration page.

Tried every possible fix I could find — nothing worked
