button assignment resets

I'm having an issue where I'll load up my pc and launch helldivers 2 (I have a scenario profile set up for this game with my most used stratagems as macros on my side button) and it'll reset the entire scenario profile to the defaults. I then have to reassign everything and force close as much ROG and armoury crate stuff as I can for it to hold the macros where they are. this happens with every game I have a scenario profile set up for (even my desktop main one). I'm running as admin and everything and I have no clue what's happening. help please

Hello, please tell me which ROG keyboard you are using, and whether the keyboard and receiver firmware are both up to date as shown in Armoury Crate.

Please note that only scenario profiles 1-5 can be saved onboard the device, and any new ones you create would be saved in Armoury Crate. Refer to this official guide on setting profiles for more information.

so it's not on a keyboard, it's on my spatha x. I am using the profiles and everything. all things are set including lighting and macro sets through device and scene profiles.
