Dear Community,
I bought a Harpe Ace Aim Lab edidtion gaming Mouse about one year and three monts ago and I have been using it relatively frequently but ever since about two months ago the mouse wheel encoder hast staretd bugging Out and after about 6 das stopped working at all. I flashed the newest Software to the dongle as well as the mouse but that didnt Help so i tried Reaching Out to customer Support but I cant figure how to reach them. I tried through Phone chatbot and all, but it didn't Work as they don't list mice or periferals om theyr Support Pages and the quick acces Code for their Phone Service repeatedly didnt Work. So i am Here now asking weather or not there is a Support Email i could write to?

This is very unfortunate and sorry to hear.
In most countries, ASUS gives a 1-year warranty on their peripherals. Since you're past the warranty period, they won't do an RMA. But, they would likely fix it for a fee. It could get expensive as you pay shipping both ways plus the cost of the repair.
