ASUS ROG Keris Wireless Aimpoint update problem

I can’t update the mouse to version 03_00_07 because I installed “ROG KERIS WIRELESS AIMPOINT FW update” from the website and now the mouse cannot be detected by 2.4 channel. When I try to connect the Crate ROG Omni Receiver to Armory, I get a connection error. At the same time, the mouse itself started working on 2.4 channel when I launched fw_update_dongle.bat from FirmwareAutoUpdate_1.0.0.9 for P713, but does not appear in the application. How to fix/display in the application?

Ok... Through manipulation, I updated the firmware on the mouse to 3.0.0.7.. But I still can’t connect to the Omni Receiver in the application via 2.4 channel, but the mouse works. In vain I went to the site and installed the driver from the BIOS section... But you can still help me..

Does the ROG Omni Receiver show in the Armoury Crate Device list?

Click on the ROG Omni Receiver, it should show this below. Make sure the wireless dongle is connected to a pc usb port and the wireless switch on the bottom of the mouse is set to 2.4GHz wireless mode.

Click the Mouse box, then press and hold the pair button on the bottom of the mouse for 3 seconds.

As an example, I paired my ROG Keris II Ace.

Connection error.. I need to reset the dongle to factory settings to remove Omni Receiver. How to do it?

🎉 I solved the problem by using another computer. I connected the mouse to my other PC, downloaded and used P709_FirmwareAutoUpdate_1.0.0.18, returned the receiver back to my PC and lo and behold, everything worked as it should! The mouse was automatically found by Omni Receiver.

P.S. I'll hold off on updates and drivers in the future😄

When you get an update in Armoury Crate, follow these steps to update your ROG Keris Wireless Aimpoint.

1) Connect the cable to your mouse and a pc usb port.

2) Set the wireless switch on the bottom of the mouse to wired mode (switch set to the center position).

3) Connect the wireless dongle to a pc usb port.

4) Try the update in Armoury Crate.
