This is looking better.

Now we just need to get your ROG Keris Wireless Aimpoint paired to the ROG Omni Receiver.

Disconnect the cable and set the wireless switch on the bottom of the mouse to 2.4GHz wireless mode (not bluetooth), then try pairing it in Armoury Crate.

Make sure you're pressing the pair button and not the dpi button, press and hold it for 3 seconds, a green checkmark should come up showing it's paired.

Once paired, it should show like this.

Tried but still unable to pairing. I hold the pair button for more than 5 seconds and nothing happen, no green checkmark showed.

Sorry, I missed your one post.

If you still have an update for your ROG Keris Wireless Aimpoint in Armoury Crate, you'll likely have to update it before pairing it.

Were you able to get it updated?

thats the whole point of this issue, I can't update the mouse in Armoury Crate...... I also can't pair it with Omni Receiver.

Ok, thank you.

Have you installed the firmware update to update to the ROG Omni Receiver? (Not the polling rate booster update) Click "Show all" in red. - ROG Keris Wireless AimPoint | Gaming mice|ROG - Republic of Gamers|ROG Global (asus.com)

After doing the firmware update, try the update in Armoury Crate.

To update your ROG Keris Wireless Aimpoint, follow these steps.

1) Connect the cable to your keyboard and a pc usb port.

2) Set the wireless switch on your keyboard to wired mode (switch set to the center position).

3) Connect the wireless dongle to a pc usb port.

4) Do the update in Armoury Crate.

Does this get your mouse updated and working?

Try multiple times, and show the same result. I did not open Armoury Crate

I suspect you need to update to the ROG Omni Receiver before it starts working again. The ROG Omni Receiver will show in the Armoury Crate Device list once it's updated, you can check in the Armoury Crate Device to see if it's there.

If the ROG Omni Receiver is not showing in the Armoury Crate Device list then it needs updated.

Double check these steps, you can try different pc case usb ports or motherboard usb ports.

1) Connect the cable to your keyboard and a pc case or motherboard usb port.

2) Set the wireless switch on your keyboard to wired mode (switch set to the center position).

3) Connect the wireless dongle to a pc usb port or motherboard usb port.

4) Try the ROG Omni Receiver firmware update.

Ok, for good measure, try checking for updates at the Armoury Crate update center. If it doesn't find any updates, then you're up to date.

Are you able to access the ROG Keris Wireless Aimpoint device page and do you still get errors?

I'm using the ROG Keris II Ace as an example.
