Asus ROG Keris Wireless Aimpoint cursor not moving but the clicks are working

My mouse suddenly not working, when I open Armoury and try update the "Device Firmware" it keep getting error. The installation was not completed.

Are you following the proper steps to update your ROG Keris Wireless Aimpoint?

1) Connect the cable to your mouse and and a pc usb port.

2) Set the wireless switch on the bottom of the mouse to wired mode (switch set to the center position).

3) Connect the wireless dongle to a pc usb port.

4) Try the update in Armoury Crate.

I've tried following the steps so many times, but I get the same result every time. The update shows as installed, but it never completes the installation.

During the installation, I hear a sound like the mouse has been disconnected. But I did not touch or move the cable or the mouse.

Try resetting your mouse.

1) Connect the cable to your pc and have it close by.

2) Set the wireless switch on the bottom of the mouse to wired mode (switch set to the center position).

3) Press and hold down left click, right click and scroll click for 5 seconds.

4) With the buttons held down, connect the cable.

5) Check if this gets your mouse working, you should have an update in Armoury Crate.

Hi, I tried it and nothing happen. Same result, mouse is not working after resetting and I still can't complete the update installation

Try installing this firmware update to update the wireless dongle to the ROG Omni Receiver. - ROG Keris Wireless AimPoint | Gaming mice-mouse-pads｜ROG - Republic of Gamers｜ROG Global (asus.com)

Once updated, if you have any updates in Armoury Crate, follow the steps in my first post.

The ROG Omni Receiver should show in the Armoury Crate Device list.

Sorry to hear you're still not updated, with what you posted above, try this.

1)  Uninstall Armoury Crate from windows.

2) Restart your pc.

3) Install the Omni Receiver firmware update.  - ROG Keris Wireless AimPoint | Gaming mice｜ROG - Republic of Gamers｜ROG Global (asus.com)

4) Install Armoury Crate version 3.2.11.2 and head to the update center and do the updates. - Armoury Crate - Support (asus.com)

How does this go, does this get you updated?

Hi, sorry for the late reply. Just got time to do this.

Right now in my Armoury Crate show this for device section. What should I do next ya?

I also try this and its not working?
