Hi everyone,
I just received my brand new ASUS Keris II Ace mouse and was super excited to try it out. I connected it to my PC and downloaded the Armoury Crate Gear software as instructed. However, when I tried to update the mouse firmware through the app, I encountered Error Code 102 and Error Code 103.
No matter how many times I try, the update fails and these error codes keep appearing.
Also, when using the mouse in wired mode, I cannot set the polling rate to 8000Hz. It only works at 1000Hz, and higher polling rate options seem to be unavailable.
Does anyone know how to fix these issues or if there's a workaround? I would really appreciate your help.
