mousepad and lift off sensitivity not related I think as wired works fine.

can you describe the hardware reset procedure again.. not sure what right click the middle mouse button means.

But anyway I moved the omni receiver to another USB port which helped a lot. Funny as the original port said 3.1 and should have been fine. I moved to a 3.0 port and the symptoms are gone (still testing).

Thank you for the help.

Sorry that you are experiencing this issue! For starters, please go into Armoury Crate to check that the mouse and receiver firmware is up to date.

Then try performing a quick hardware reset by holding down left click, right click, the middle mouse button, and DPI button for a few seconds. Check in Armoury Crate that "Calibration" has been reset to the default mousepad. If the issue persists, please unpair and re-pair the mouse with its receiver.

It may also be worth trying the mouse on a different mousepad. Please let me know if these steps solve your issue.
