Asus Rog Harpe Ace Extreme connectivity issues

Sorry for my poor English. My Asus ROG Harpe Ace Extreme mouse started having connectivity issues. It keeps disconnecting, very quickly, in a matter of seconds. It's unusable. The wheel is flashing green.

I've reinstalled Armoury Crate three times and hard reset the mouse ten times, and the problem persists. I've connected it to two different computers without Armoury Crate, and the problem persists.

The only solution I have to the problem is to use it in Bootloader mode, which only lasts until the mouse turns off and on along with the computer.

Is anyone else having the same problem? Is it a hardware or software issue?

I'm disappointed, since the mouse costs $300.

I finally decided to return the product to Amazon. Thank you for your help. I consider the case closed.

EVERYTHING, ABSOLUTELY EVERYTHING! EVERYTHING YOU CAN IMAGINE. The mouse is unusable, as it constantly disconnects and reconnects. I've connected it to different computers and the problem persists, so it's not an Armoury Crate issue. The problem occurs in USB, 2.4, and BL modes.

The only way I can use it is in Moto Bootloader, but in this mode I lose all features.

Do you have the wireless dongle connected directly to a pc usb port? You can use motherboard or pc case usb ports.

Are your versions the same? If not, try clicking Check Update and see if any pop up at the Update Center.

Yes, I also tried different ports.
I'm sad; I never thought such an expensive mouse would fail after only two weeks of use. 😭😭

This update is due to reinstalling Armoury Crate, looking for a solution to the problem. I took the screenshot just before installing the "content service" module.

Even after reinstalling AC with all its modules, the mouse continues to disconnect.

I hope Asus takes note of this and releases an update.

Sorry for a late reply.

Since it acts the same on another pc, there may be an issue with the mouse.

I'll suggest to contact an official ASUS Support Center for your region.

I'd be interested to know if a replacement solves the problem.

Once you have a working one, you'll like it. I have a few ROG mice and at the moment, the Harpe Ace Extreme is my top choice. I'm using it with the ROG Moonstone Ace L mousepad.
