I should have looked at the specs closer, the ROG Gladius II is a wired only mouse.
I never had this happen and I find it odd it happened after an update.
So, I'm not sure what to suggest except.....
Reconnect the cable at the mouse end with the other end in a motherboard usb port.
Try the firmware repair tool, maybe we can get it to magically work.

Seems like the update has some bugs thats leads to this issues. I tried all possible things but nothings worked. I guess, I’m just gonna give up on this one. Anyways thank you Nate 👍🏼

You're welcome
I really don't know what else to suggest.
If your ROG Gladius II is still under the 30 store warranty, contact the store.
You can check if your ROG Gladius II is still under warranty with ASUS, by entering your serial number in the link below.

I've already used the fix software, it's works, but just turn lights on and don't work any buttom or sensor. Then, tried to pull down the right, left and scroll buttom, then tried to reinstall the firmware, but it's always error.
Probably my firmware is bricked, I've tried to install it by using Armoury I, Armoury II and Armoury Crate. Armoury II shows error 16. Armoury Crate error 4181.
And my mouse is showing on "Device Manager"
Can someone help me?
