Why can't I update asus rog chakram k and if I set everything via usb cable 2.4 ghz update it just won't update

Hello Strix18,

Thank you for the pictures.

Let the cable connected to your mouse and laptop, let the wireless switch in wired mode as you have it.

Connect the wireless dongle to a usb port on your laptop.

Try the update in Armoury Crate.

my armory crate was updated to the latest version, my bios was updated to the latest version, the mouse is connected to the laptop via the usb cable that comes with the mouse at 2.40 ghz and again it won't, I hope that the next update of armory crate will fix it because I can't see it no solution unfortunately

Did you connect the wireless dongle to your laptop's usb port?

Both the USB cable and RF 2.4GHz wireless receiver need to be connected to the PC, also remember to move the switch to the OFF/USB position (not RF or BT).
