ASUS Chakram X Origin not working by wire

Hello everyone! Just yesterday I became the owner of two devices. Keyboard and mouse. There are no problems with the keyboard, it is very cool. But the mouse let me down. As written in the title, the mouse does not work when connected via a wire. More precisely, if the mouse is connected via a wire, then after the PC boots, the mouse cursor will not move, and only the side buttons will work. In order for the cursor to work, you need to temporarily switch the mouse mode, for example, to 2.4 GHz. After this action, the cursor and the side buttons may start working, but the left and right mouse buttons may not work. The cursor and the left and right mouse buttons may also work, but not the side ones. In the mouse performance settings in Armory Crate, following the recommendation on the Internet, I tried changing the polling frequency from 1000 first to 500. When rebooting, the mouse connected immediately and immediately worked in full. Then I switched the polling frequency to 8000 and the mouse also worked immediately after rebooting the PC. I already thought that I had found a solution, but this morning the mouse could not connect on its own and again I had to temporarily switch the mouse mode to 2.4 GHz.

I would like to know from ASUS representatives, as this behavior is clearly not normal. Will there be more firmware updates that will fix this problem? It's very sad to pay such a lot of money for a mouse and then go to a forum to find out how to fix this mouse.

This also happens to me, but I believe Asus abandoned this product. There are several threads about this in the forum. Mine is Chakram X not the origin one

Hi! I read a lot of posts about a similar problem with the Chakram. In the end, I just returned the mouse to the store and ordered another one.
