Armory Crate not detecting OMNI receiver

I recently bought an asus keyboard and mouse and both of those are being detected by armory crate, but for some reason the armory receiver is showing up in the devices section.

What mouse and keyboard do you have and which of the devices wireless dongle are you using as the ROG Omni Receiver?

The ROG Omni Receiver should show in the Armoury Crate Device list. Make sure you're connecting the wireless dongle to a pc usb port, you can use pc case or motherboard usb ports.

I currently have the Strix 96 II and th Gladius III aimpoint. Ive tried using both dongles and neither of the show up in the armory crate device list. Ive also tried multiple usb ports on both the case and motherboard and tried uninstalling and reinstalling armory crate.

It seems the ROG Gladius III Wireless Aimpoint does not support the ROG Omni Receiver. - [ROG Accessory] ROG Omni Receiver FAQ | Official Support | ASUS Global

You can update your ROG Strix Scope II 96 Wireless to the ROG Omni Receiver.

1) Connect the charging cable to your keyboard and a pc usb port.

2) Set the wireless switch on the keyboard to wired mode (switch set to the center position).

3) Connect the wireless dongle to a pc usb port.

4) Install this firmware update. - ROG Strix Scope II 96 Wireless | Gaming keyboards｜ROG - Republic of Gamers｜ROG Global

5) Check for updates in Armoury Crate.
