4000 hz Not Working with Keris II Ace Omni Receiver

Hello,

I connected my Keris II Ace mouse and Rog Azoth keyboard with the Omni Receiver. I noticed that my mouse was not working at 4000hz, but now I cannot restore it. My receivers do not recognise my mouse and keyboard individually. How can I cancel the Omni Receiver. I want to use both of my products with their own receivers.

With two devices connected to one ROG Omni Receiver, each device will be limited to 1000Hz.

You'll want to make sure that you've updated both wireless dongles to the ROG Omni Receiver.

Once you have the wireless dongles updated, try pairing each device to its own ROG Omni Receiver. 

If they don't want to pair, unpair them and pair them to their own ROG Omni Receiver.

On the ROG Omni Receiver page, click the box to pair your mouse or keyboard.
