Hi. I got a new keyboard yesterday. It works, connects to the computer, but I can't update the software on it so that I can fully configure it. The update constantly throws an error. I did everything I could, but there is no result.
Asus, are you serious? Why should I, as a buyer, waste time writing a ticket to the forum, and then probably wait a few more months for a decision? What is the attitude towards customers and what do you pay your programmers for? I'm not buying the first peripherals from you and I'm constantly running into connection problems or drivers.

I was contacted by an Asus ROG representative. According to his recommendations, I did the following:
1. Launched Armoury Crate Uninstaller
2. Restarted the computer
3. Launched the Armoury Crate Installer
4. Restarted the computer
5. Connected the keyboard in wired mode
6. Updated the drivers
7. Without disconnecting the keyboard from the wired mode, connected the receiver
8. Updated the drivers
9. Restarted the computer
10. Disconnected the keyboard from wired mode and now use it wirelessly
