Strix Flare - FW won't update [Resolved]

Just installed Strix Flare keyboard, but I can't get the FW35 to update through the software. It just hangs there. Is there a link to the FW update that can be done manually? Thanks.

BTW-Current FW=29.

Disable windows defender and firewall , disable any otherb antivirus softwares . disable uefi mode.

install the application with an administartor rights
Intel i5 7200U_ Nvidia 940MX _Windows_11_Enterprise_64bit_22H2_buildno_22621.754
