Hi,
I recently wrote a review and wanted to submit it for the cashback reward but after entering my serial number in the serial number text box, it just loads indefinitely. I've tried to do this on multiple browsers but it is the same on each one. Is there a fix for this or any way I can get around this issue?

I had the exact same problem but I've got past that and mine are now pending review - contact the customer support team and a case is raised for you; include that you have tried multiple browsers and devices yet the problem is still apparent, as they will likely ask you this. Took a few days for this to start working for me, so get that support request in ASAP. Call me a conspiracy theorist, but I think this happens to a lot of people....
As an aside, grab your IBAN and BIC numbers from your bank account (you should be able to find these on a statement) as they are classed as international payments. Just thought I'd note this to speed up the process for you 😀

Hey there,
Thanks for the reply. I fond a solution recently which was to use the Google Chrome browser to fill the form. It seems to work now (just in case there's anyone out there reading this who struggled with the same issue).
