ROG Strix Scope TKL Moonlight White

Just got the ROG Strix Scope TKL Moonlight White Keyboard and love the keyboard I think it's great but no matter what I try I can't get it to show up in Aura Creator

I've tried reinstalls etc and my old keyboard was fine but for some reason this one won't show up, Armoury Crate see's it fine it's only creator that doesn't

Anyone have any idea what's going on here?

Try syncing your keyboard with your motherboard.

Does it show in Aura Creator then?

Selected or not in crate it doesn't show as an available device in creator...

Ok,

At the top right of Aura Creator click the gear, click the Update tab and check for updates.

Is Armoury Crate fully updated as well?

I am fully updated, what's odd is it shows in the update tab just not in the available devices

It seems there may be some issue with Aura Creator.

When you uninstalled and reinstalled Armoury crate, did you use the Armoury Crate Uninstall tool?

If not, you'll want to use it.

Select your operating system then click Show All, it's the second download.

Then reinstall Armoury Crate + Aura Creator.

Does this get your ROG Strix Scope to show in Aura Creator?

Just gave this a go and I think it may have highlighted an issue

Further to the last post, a few reboots and a few updates and a few reboots and now I'm back where I started. All working but no keyboard in Creator...

So it showed up! For about 10 minutes!

After a reboot it's gone again

Not only that but when it was working 2 keys were not lit up, I think when it did see it Creator thought I had a US layout but I actually have a UK layout



I don't know what's going on but considering how much this keyboard was I'm so disappointed, the basic software not working really is not acceptable

Sorry to hear you're still having issues with your keyboard.

You could be on to something with the keyboard layout, I came across this about the issue with the keys not lighting.

EDIT: SOLVED it was in the Keyboard Language settings, mine was on US international (Australia), had a fiddle with it and was fixed by changing it to Australia, with US Keyboard layout, rather than US International.

I see you made some progress by getting it to show, I'm not sure why it disappeared unless you may have unsynced it.
