[ rog strix scope rx wirless ] indicators light disappears and windows key and fn keys fails

just have my pc turned on with this keyboard but turns out to be suddenly fail of suing windows key and fn keys with out fn locked so i checked the indicators light and see zero light is turned on (I A S F W light indicators)
