rog strix scope rx windows key problem

i dont know why and i dont know how, my windows key just isnt working and its starting to get annoying. how to i make it working again? i searched on google it said something to do with gaming mode, i dont know what that is. please help

Hi @EnderYEEE 

Try pressing both the Windows key and the FN key, this should exit Gaming Mode. Also try toggling the Quick Toggle switch.
