ROG Strix Scope RX TKL Wireless Deluxe 2.4GHz RF connection issue

Hello,

I am experiencing the same issue as described in this page:

My Asus ROG Strix Scope RX TKL Wireless Deluxe keyboard encounters the same problem.
When set to RF mode, it often becomes unresponsive when I press any key.
Interestingly, both cable and Bluetooth modes work normally.

Here are the steps I have already taken to try to resolve the issue:

1. Uninstalled Armoury Crate and reinstalled the latest version.
2. Connected the RF receiver and the keyboard via the cable included in the box, then pressed the update button in Armoury Crate.
3. Removed the keyboard in Bluetooth & Devices under Windows 11 settings, then replugged the RF receiver into the computer.
4. Pressed Fn + Esc to reset the keyboard to factory settings (connected to the computer via the cable).
5. Tried different USB ports for the RF receiver.
6. Tested the keyboard on another computer. It worked correctly the first time but encountered the same issue after computer rebooting.
I have tested this both before and after installing Armoury Crate, but the issue still happend.

Unfortunately, none of these steps have resolved the problem.

Here is my current firmware version and system information:

Keyboard firmware version: 12.42.03
Armoury Crate Version 3.2.11.2
UWP version: 5.9.9.0
OS version: Windows 11 23H2
CPU: intel i5-13500
GPU: NVIDIA RTX 3060 Ti
Motherboard: TUF GAMING B660M-PLUS WIFI D4
(I have tested with USB 2.0, USB 3.2 Gen 1, USB 3.2 Gen 2, as well as the receiver, adapter, and cable included in the box.)

Or I should send the keyboard to a local service?

It sounds like the wireless dongle is having an issue and may need an update.

Have you tried checking for updates at the Armoury Crate update center?

I tried updating my keyboard and dongle through Armoury Crate, as mentioned in my previous post (point 2).

I contacted local Asus service and utilized the warranty service.
The local Asus service replaced my keyboard, which resolved the issue.
