Hi Everyone,
I want to request any help with an issue that happens since i bought the ROG Strix Scope RX EVA Edition, the situation is simple, the keyboard works just fine 99% of the time, leds, keycaps, etc...but if I turn off or restart the laptop (OS Windows 11 Pro) the system goes to a black screen and nothing works, as soon as I unplug the keyboard and force restart the laptop all return to its normal behavior. I have tried many possible solutions but as to date nothing works, to enumerate some of them:
- Remove drivers from Device Manager
- Enable/Disable Legacy Mode on BIOS
- Install/Uninstall Armory Crate
- Try different USB ports
- Change Power Settings
The only thing that seems to work is to plug the keyboard after the startup, in other words plug the keyboard on the logon screen.
I would be very grateful if someone could give me a solution or suggestion to solve this issue.
