ROG Strix Scope NX TKL Deluxe RGB issue?

Greetings,

For the past week I've been having a weird issue with my ROG Strix Scope NX TKL Deluxe's RGB, in that the home key has a different shade from the keys around it in certain colors, I've so far noticed it on light blue, blue, link green and pink/purple.

I've already tried to reset it a few times, I've also connected to another PC which doesn't have Armoury Crate installed to see if it's a software related issue and the issue persisted even there.

At this point I have two theories - the first is that it's related to the ASUS framework service or the ASUS Core SDK, in that I only started noticing this issue after they updated to version 4.0.1.5. and 2.00.44 respectively on the 16th of October. However, I don't know how those specific pieces of software work and whether an issue with them would still lead to the keyboard having that RGB issue when used on another computer without Armoury Crate.

And then the second theory is simply that there is an issue with the RGB lighting for that specific key. The keyboard is still under warranty, but I'm hesitant to send it for RMA since I would be left without it for a week or so.

Has anyone with the same keyboard experienced any similar issues? Thank you very much for any help!

Unfortunately, it looks like a hardware fault. Every key has a 3 LEDs (RGB), red has probably gone out. Please contact a service center or place of purchase.
