Hi guys, just wondering if ever you had encountered same issue?
At first, there was just a delay on my keyboard opening when switching to 2.4g, it will take about 10-20 seconds before lights will open and will be completely functional (cause sometimes even if the keyboard is powered already and lights are already on, keys won't work at the start of keyboard boot). Weeks passed and 2.4g is not working anymore, but i've found a solution where I will open my keyboard by switching to BLUETOOTH (opens instantly) then switching it right away to 2.4g. Used this "TECHNIQUE" for about 2 weeks and then this happens...... Wireless mode is not working anymore (both 2.4g and Bluetooth). need to to use wired mode whenever I need to use my keyboard. tried switching to 2.4g and BT after connecting it to wired mode then removing the cord, but still does not work. So yeah, my keyboard is only functional whenever using the cord.
Any tips or suggestion for this? before I try to go to have this checked by an ROG store?
KEYBOARD was acquired AUGUST 2024.
