Rog strix scope ii 96 wireless - weird behavior

Hello, 

When i touch the keyboard, it infinitely changes modes and other key.

I tried to do an update, but it keeps telling me that my keyboard aint in USB si they cant proceed the update. 

Already switched to USB mode.

If someone can help, thx.

Hello, please start by performing a hardware reset on your keyboard by holding down Fn + Esc for a few seconds, until the LEDs start flashing. Check to see if this solves the issue. If not, please go ahead and try updating your device firmware in Armoury Crate.

Please let me know if you still encounter issues updating the device firmware.
