ROG Strix Scope II 96 wireless slow charging

Hi,

I bought ROG Strix Scope II 96 wireless and it's working but I can't get fast charging, it's charging very slow on my computer, like 1% of charging for like 5-10 min, I have ROG Chakram X Origin and fast charging is working fine. I tried unistall Armoury Crate 3 times with unistall software from Asus, tried to update, switch ports on PC, with usb 3.0 to 3.2 but nothing working, I put it in wired mode from 2.4ghz when charging but nothing seems to working.

Can someone help me please ?

Hello SENVOK

This seems normal as mine takes a while to charge too.

To get your keyboard to charge a little faster, turn off the RGB lighting.

Once fully charged, the ROG logo will turn green.

Oh ok so there is no fast charging on this keyboard right ? Not like on my mouse ROG Chakram X Origin ?

correct the unit does not support fast charging. so please no chargers. use the pc. NOTE will take more time on laptops. but yes same as yours. What i do that help a little is turn off the wireless unplug the dongle and use the supply cable to charge the unit.

i am helping a bit on that with them. stay tune on that since still need more adjustment on the omni side. but is doing great the advances to perfect it. sadly ms does not play nice on it. and we like or not is the os we use. i can make it stable but with a cost, and that is the part I am helping with. soon stay frosty on that soon we get that on track.
